Why am I alive?

I am on a journey started in my 30's - figuring out the big why
The Path to Why started as a written story of my life, recording my path towards living a meaningful life and becoming my authentic self.
This amazing journey has unfolded in ways I could have never imagined.
Through my eyes, this life has become a canvas of possibility, one where I hope to inspire others to pursue a path that speaks directly to their soul.

I’ve always been drawn to many things—curious by nature and skilled in a multitude of ways.
For me, life isn’t about perfecting one niche or excelling in one craft.
Instead, it’s about experiencing everything that resonates with me.
I don’t follow a singular path; I am a sommelier of life, tasting all that it has to offer.
My content is a reflection of this—a blend of interests, experiences, and passions that don’t fit into neat categories.
I believe there’s immense beauty in embracing a multi-approachable lifestyle, in allowing yourself the freedom to explore, learn, and grow without constraint. It’s about filling your life with richness, not by mastering one thing, but by sampling the diverse flavors the world presents.
In the end, my goal isn’t to say I was the best at one thing. It’s to look back and say I truly lived, fully and without reservation. This is my message to anyone reading: live boldly, follow the whispers of your soul, and never be afraid to embrace all that life sets before you. The road may have twists and turns, but it is yours to walk, and in the journey lies the truest form of fulfillment.

Awareness, meditation, breathing techniques, movement - all these, and many more for me are de foundation for mindfulness, for a better life, lived in harmony with your true self.

Writing as a Tool
Writing to feel better, just like talking to a friend! When I write down my feelings, it’s like giving my thoughts a safe place to play. I can write about being happy, sad, or even when I'm confused, and it helps my heart feel lighter. Writing is like having a superpower that helps my mind stay healthy and calm.

Reading for Escapism
My thoughts like to jump around. I find that books and a cozy cup of coffee can help! It’s like giving your mind a quiet hug, helping you focus and feel calm, even when your brain is super busy. Reading is like having also another superpower that helps my mind stay healthy while traveling into another reality.

Coffee and Chocolate
Two of my favorite things in life are coffee and chocolate. In this order. I am a huge fan and an avid drinker of coffee on a daily basis and chocolate is my number one choice when it comes to treating myself with something sweet.

Graphic Design
I shifted careers in my 30's from a burned out store manager in retail towards a graphic designer freelancer. I have always been drawn to lettering, creations, systematic work, organizing information - so I figured it out that this skill would be a good choice for pursuing in life.

Cooking and Baking
Safe to say, kitchen is my safe space. There I am in my own mind pouring love into my work because food is my primary love language. Give me something to eat and you've won my heart.
